Hmm. Interesting, and thank-you for the link. So it's a member of the Landover Baptist Church, that makes sense... though I'm not sure that the word choice is really very appropriate. Can one be a Born again Christian, bound for Heaven, and yet not attend this forum or its church?

Also, how does a mortal guarantee salvation?

i do not know where the people are that were born before Landover was built. I assume they will judged based on how they would have supported Landover. That just my opinion.
I don't want to got to Heaven but I would like to live forever at Landover. I doubt there is more than a few hundred people there in heaven.

Maybe there's only 12 down there in the piedmont, but I know for a fact that there's 418 saved Christians right here in Libertydale.

I don't go into Lexington very often, but I do go to Thomasville quite a bit. If if you ever find yourself there and you're hungry, stop into Jed's Barbecue and tell Jed that Pastor Billy sent you.

i have given up;I don't think becoming homeless is any form of happiness. I read on lexingtontruth.com that june 1, 09 i will be taxed beyond my mean and I am asking God to take me home to glory. this world is not worth fighting for and human life has no value to the demonic fools that rule this hell on earth.

No one will buy my house tied up in lawsuits and it cost 200.00 per month in double taxes and you can buy a better and newer home with that 200.00 per month.

Sell it to a darkie so he can have a story to tell to the newspapers. Before long, people will be sending him food stamps and the whole neighborhood will be pitching in to the paint his house, fix it up and clean the garden. Then some pinko liberal will buy it off him just to prove that all this country needs is a little hard work. a deletion of prejudice and a positive attittude. Then the darkie will take off to Vegas, buy some booze and party until the money's all gone and complain what a shit country we live in. The cycle will start all over until he's running a nice bed and breakfast in the Florida Keys raking in the cash. Trust me, I've seen it a million times.

I don't know about the lawsuits, but I do know that most mortgages on personal residences are non-recourse loans, secured only by the value of the house. The lender has no recourse to any other assets of the borrower. This leads to an awkward economic truth. If homeowners were "rational economic actors," as free market fundamentalists assume they are, they would turn in their keys to the banks and walk away. They've already lost their down payment. Many are struggling to pay a loan worth a lot more than the property they own. They'd be better off cutting their losses and renting a new home. If they have savings, they can wait for prices to settle and buy in at the lower price. You might be, too.
