That guy looks like a DemocRAT, sort of shifty and rodent like. It's typical; they know that they get voted out of office every time they raise taxes so they go looking for other means of "revenue enhancement". It is one of the tricks of these small time weasels to annex unincorporated areas to increase their "tax base", and they know the residents don't get to vote when they do it. Rest assured, Jesus will punish these weasels.

I know one thing for sure, this kind of thing doesn't happen in Alaska. Anytime the electorate gets guns mounted in their helicopters the politicians run for cover.

We listed our humble home for sale today and and God will lead us out of this darkness and this pitt of HELL on Earth. I am ready for the rapture.

Until jeus returns I would love to move and live on the Landover University campus and volunteer in any way to assist in educating our youth to see the true God.

No one will buy my house tied up in lawsuits and it cost 200.00 per month in double taxes and you can buy a better and newer home with that 200.00 per month.

I don't know about the lawsuits, but I do know that most mortgages on personal residences are non-recourse loans, secured only by the value of the house. The lender has no recourse to any other assets of the borrower. This leads to an awkward economic truth. If homeowners were "rational economic actors," as free market fundamentalists assume they are, they would turn in their keys to the banks and walk away. They've already lost their down payment. Many are struggling to pay a loan worth a lot more than the property they own. They'd be better off cutting their losses and renting a new home. If they have savings, they can wait for prices to settle and buy in at the lower price. You might be, too.

Sell it to a darkie so he can have a story to tell to the newspapers. Before long, people will be sending him food stamps and the whole neighborhood will be pitching in to the paint his house, fix it up and clean the garden. Then some pinko liberal will buy it off him just to prove that all this country needs is a little hard work. a deletion of prejudice and a positive attittude. Then the darkie will take off to Vegas, buy some booze and party until the money's all gone and complain what a shit country we live in. The cycle will start all over until he's running a nice bed and breakfast in the Florida Keys raking in the cash. Trust me, I've seen it a million times.
