If it does say that i would like to know, Does having type 1 diabetes count as being disabled? because if it does i guess i have no soul as well.

Yes, he does have a mental problem, but he is still a person. God still gave him a soul.

Trig Palin has Down Syndrome. That means that he has an extra chromosome in every one of his cells. It's not a mental problem, but retardation is one possible outcome.

I AM able to communicate, I DO NOT inject myself with dead children, I am NOT a cripple, and I have NO mental handicaps. I am perfectly able to think and realize things ON MY OWN. I am not a whinning little baby who cries all day for a cure. I have accepted the disease i have. However, a cure is possible without the use of abborted fetuses. When a baby is born they can use the umbelical cord, instead of abborted fetuses.

What if the baby dies as they try to steal its' precious bodily cells?

Won't those cells, when injected into you, make you a murderer?

Good points all of you. If you have the ability to fully understand the Lord and accept Jesus as your savior, then any affliction is punishment for your sins and the sins of you family. It is still up to you to seek redemption, and the punishment should be viewed as a challenge.

However, when the affliction affects the ability to embrace the Lord, then God has created an abomination as a lesson for all the faithful. Why this happens is something none of us can ever understand or explain ?

*sigh* Type 1 diabetes, or more commonly known as juevinile diabetes is not asociated with weight. What you are thinking of is type 2 diabetes. My pancrease stoped working when i was 6 years old. I don't have diabetes because of a weight problem. It is common to confuse the two.
