We need good American names like Trump, Greene, Bannon and Jordan in charge of America, not a bunch of wetbacks.

There is hope today for our friend, Geoge Santos. George was sent to prison reasons I never did understand. He needs to be let out so he can run for Congress in Long Island.

Now, Margorie Taylor Greene is asking Trump to pardon George. Whatever George's "debt to society" was, it has been long been paid. I hope President Trump realizes how pleased this country would be if George walked out.

Oh, poor Mr. George Santos. How my heart aches for him. He has faced a gross miscarriage of justice, and how that dear man will pull through is beyond me. And, as we can expect, Mr. Santos is rightfully upset. In the article below (written by dear George) you will see just how horribly his life has turned upside down — due to no fault of his own, I might add! May we continue to lift up poor George Santos in our prayers, dear brethren and sistren!

SOUTH SHORE PRESS EXCLUSIVE: George Santos, My Life Behind Bars

As I crossed the threshold of the dormitory and took my first steps into what would become my new reality, I caught a glimpse of myself in the small, scratched mirror held up by one of the inmates.

That image—me, hollow-eyed, clad in state-issued polyester—hit me like a punch to the gut.

The tears came faster than I could stop them. I didn’t care who saw. That reflection, in that moment, made the weight of my decisions, my mistakes, and the road that led me there all too real. It was the clearest, most painful mirror I’ve ever looked into—one that didn’t just show my face, but the wreckage of the life I had built.

July 25, 2025, at precisely 2:07 p.m., my world changed in a way I never could’ve imagined. That was the moment I walked through the gates of the Federal Correctional Institution Flatiron Satellite Camp in New Jersey.

Our prayers right here on LBC have been answered. President Trump just allowed George to walk. His suffering is over. Now it is time for him to get back into politics and resume his march to the top.

The President will be so pleased at his own decision after hearing comments from George after his release.

"There is nothing more that I want to do than to focus and dedicate my entire life to prison reform," Santos said in a Saturday interview with the Post.

It's not clear how exactly Santos intends to work on prison reform, and his lawyer did not immediately respond to a request for comment from BBC.

The Bureau of Prisons responded to a request for comment from BBC saying that it could not answer media inquiries due to the ongoing government shutdown.
This is the kind of energy we need to get things done. First things first, he needs to finish his PhD in Astrophysics. Then right after that it's fixing prisons, I presume, by cutting the capital gains tax?
If I have seen further, it is by standing on the heads of others.

The prison reform George must be referring to is the profitability of privately owned and run prisons. They are the ultimate in good governance. Reforms which lowered taxes and reduced quality of the facilities would go a long way to helping the corporations in this industry.

The stakeholders, i.e. those with a financial interest, will be watching closely to see how this affects their lives. The cheaper we can hold people, and for longer durations, the more value we can return to investors. I hope George doesn't lose sight of this - understandably he's emotional at this time and I'm sure he'll come round to an efficient market-based solution shortly.

There is so much good in the pardoning of George. On a Sunday talk show, he referred to Jesus. He did not say specifically he had found Jesus but recognition is the first step.

Trump would have critics for pardoning "Christ off the cross"—George Santos

I think the comparison of himself with Jesus is completely reasonable given their similar situation. And of course Daddy Jesus forgives Baby Jesus, that's straight out of Bible 101.

I haven't heard, but one can be all but certain George found Jesus in prison. If Trump can hurry up and get his Trump Ballroom built it will be the perfect venue for a celebration of George's conversion to Jesus. Some fundraising for George's legal bills and political future would be appropriate.
