True Christian™ Ladies and Gentlemen, it has recently been at the forefront of my mind about all the injustices that domestic abuse victims have been forced to endure. Please read my husband's friend's sad story:
*By John Boy Wilcox*
Dear Friends, I met my wife Penelope when I was but 19. We soon fell in love and got married. At first, it was marvellous. However, very quickly Penelope's true colors came to life. Suddenly, she was refusing to do dishes, not picking things up quick enough, burning my steaks. Imagine coming home to a table not set correctly, imagine my frustration as I pummelled her face and STILL she refused to do as I asked.
As her actions got less submissive and more feminist-like, my dutiful beatings of her increased. Suddenly, phone calls came, with people saying that I was ABUSING my wife! Me, abusing her?
Then came the day when I came back and all her things were gone. She left without a note or a word, and broke my heart. This evil woman even left without having cooked my meal first. What heartlessness.
One year later, as I was still trying to remove Penelope's blood from the cooker, a letter came through. Penelope had died of AIDS from becoming a lesbian.
Well, I am now married to a Godly lady who understands the importance of cooking and cleaning, and I have never been happier! Thank you for listening to my sad story. I truly believe God smited Penny for my happiness.
