Thank you - everyone has been so kind.

Brother Warner. The police are not going to charge Allambee. They say that Daddy killed himself. I am not sure quite how. Maybe he tripped or something and didn't have the safety catch on. He has always taught me responsible handling of firearms and he always practices what he preaches, so I am at a bit of a loss. Allambee says that he did not see the actual accident. He just found Daddy and called the ambulance.

We will possibly never know whether it was simply an accident or whether the looming spectre of Commie Atheists or Alter Boy Fondling Papists soon to be governing this once proud country may have been a little too much for a Godly elder such as Daddy to contemplate.

If you father was insured the insurance company will use this as an excuse to refuse to pay you, I hope this does not cause you any further hardship then you are already suffering at this time. Remember my offer of any assistance I can give you still stands.

My dear Sweet Sister, Phebe and I are very sad that you are all alone. As you know Phebe is from Australia too, and she can't stand the thought of you sitting in your empty home alone. Just say the word and I will dispatch my private jet to fly and pick you up. You are welcome in our home for as long as you like. We have a large home with plenty of room. Thank you all for your kind thoughts and prayers.

Daddy started deteriorating markedly when Australia got a single female, atheist, lefty, feminazi as a Prime Minister. He never ever thought he would see such a thing is his lifetime. And the decision for him as to who we should vote for in the upcoming election is killing him. The Greens have an openly homosexual leader, Coalition has a papist monk and Labor has an atheist communist.

I just don't know how to help Dad other than pray harder, make his favourite foods and keep house for him.

Have you tried doubling the daily Vegemite requirement?

Dear Sister Charli-- Forgive me for not responding to you earlier. The time of woman was upon me. As I live alone, I do not have need of a menstra-shack, but I do exile myself from all human contact at that time, be it in person, over the phone, or on the internet.

My prayers are with you during this difficult time. Your faith will tell you that your father is with Jesus now, be at peace with the knowledge that you will join them both when the Lord wills.

You really should take up the Dewitts' offer. Christian fellowship is the best thing for you at this moment. While in Freehold you can attend services at Landover and perhaps meet others similarly in need of support.

You know that Jesus has a plan for your life. Keep reading your Bible and the next leg of life's journey will be revealed to you in God's good time.

Oh thank you so much for your generosity Brother James. There are still many loose ends I have to deal with here in Australia. There will be the reading of Daddy's will Monday morning. And I still have to finalise a granite headstone. I am going to be busy for a while yet.

I do appreciate the phone call I got from Sister Phebe. It was soo comforting after such an emotional service. It must have been the middle of the night Freehold time. That was just so sweet of her to stay awake to call me. What a wonderful lady Sister Phebe is and I look forward to meeting you both at your Iowa wedding ceremony.
