Pete, there are no babies in Heaven.
All are born with Original Sin. Only those who accept Jesus and beg Him for forgiveness for their sins, including Original Sin, can go to Heaven.
Those babies will be cast into God's Lake of Fire at Judgment, along with all Hindus, Muslims, Jews, atheists, and Buddhists, along with their own murdering mothers and Kermit Gosnell.
