Well it seems pretty obvious that God isn't listening to your hippy prayers.

Instead of praying for special rights for unsaved trash in those evil axis countries, why don't you pray for the safety of our Godly Troops who are even as we speak sending islamofacists to hell over in iraquistan? If it wasn't for them, you'd be married to a camel.

So, why do you hate America?

Are you sure? Where in the Bible does it say that people should fight for human rights against their governments? Instead, I read this:

Rom. 13:1-7: Let every soul be subject unto the higher powers. For there is no power but of God: the powers that be are ordained of God. Whosoever therefore resisteth the power, resisteth the ordinance of God: and they that resist shall receive to themselves damnation. For rulers are not a terror to good works, but to the evil. Wilt thou then not be afraid of the power? do that which is good, and thou shalt have praise of the same: For he is the minister of God to thee for good. But if thou do that which is evil, be afraid; for he beareth not the sword in vain: for he is the minister of God, a revenger to [execute] wrath upon him that doeth evil. Wherefore [ye] must needs be subject, not only for wrath, but also for conscience sake. For for this cause pay ye tribute also: for they are God's ministers, attending continually upon this very thing. Render therefore to all their dues: tribute to whom tribute [is due]; custom to whom custom; fear to whom fear; honour to whom honour.

Friend, I am all in favour of thanking the Lord, but some of your examples seem pretty freakish.
    As a start,
    1. I would like to thank the Lord our God for bringing the courage and resolve He has given to those who fight for human rights in countries where there are oppressive regimes, like China, Zimbabwe, Myanmar and Iran.

If God wanted to, He could topple those regimes in an instant. Thanking the Lord for the situation in Zimbabwe, Burma and Iran seems pretty weird to me.
I would like to thank him for the brave firefighters who saved a young cousin of mine last year from a house fire in San Francisco.
I shall pray that your young cousin gets the message, and repents of the sin of sodomy before God kills him for real.
I thank the Lord that I have a job to go to, and can feed my family and keep a roof over their heads.
    Praise God. No argument here.
I would like to thank God for the beautiful warm sunshine we are having today in NC.
    Again, seems reasonable.
I thank the Lord the leaders of the world, for all their fallacies, have not been so foolish to use nuclear weapons against people in over 60 years.
I thank the Lord for limiting us to the use of depleted uranium, cluster bombs, VX gas, and similar things. Truly, His compassion knows no bounds.
I thank the Lord that my good friend Julian can still laugh loudly, even though he knows he has only a few weeks left to live.
You're thanking the Lord for killing your friend? That is just weird.
I thank the Lord that I am blessed to be a member of a wonderful church (http://www.parkroadbaptist.org/), with wonderful pastors and a super congregation.
I thank the Lord that I am blessed to be a member of a wonderful church (http://www.landoverbaptist.net/), where we actually follow God's commands and have a congregation that isn't just made up of hellbound trash.
