God's love is unconditional, which means that no matter what you do or fail to do, he loves you the same. If God loved one person more than another, it would mean that there are conditions on God's love and this is just not the case.

Let us remember that God is love (1 John 4:16)

Just as we would love our children no matter what they did. God loves us as well (Luke 11:10-13) Not that we condone their actions, but that we are there for them.

All of what you says does indeed apply to those God loves. However, God does not love everyone.

You are cherry-picking the Bible, and I won't have it. First of all, quote the whole verse:

1 John 4:16 And we have known and believed the love that God hath to us. God is love; and he that dwelleth in love dwelleth in God, and God in him.

So HE THAT DWELLETH didn't seem important to you? That verse doesn't say that God loves everyone. Let's take a look at the whole section in context:

1 John 4:13 Hereby know we that we dwell in him, and he in us, because he hath given us of his Spirit.
4:14 And we have seen and do testify that the Father sent the Son to be the Saviour of the world.
4:15 Whosoever shall confess that Jesus is the Son of God, God dwelleth in him, and he in God.
4:16 And we have known and believed the love that God hath to us. God is love; and he that dwelleth in love dwelleth in God, and God in him.
4:17 Herein is our love made perfect, that we may have boldness in the day of judgment: because as he is, so are we in this world.

God loves those who love Him. It's clear as a bell. God does not love those who reject Him and/or His son.

Oh come on now! That is not the definition of racism. Racism is when you hate someone because of their race. Are you trying to say that humans of all races are equal in every way? That no race has any inherent abilities?

Then why are all the "world's strongest men" contests won by Northern European men? Why are all the Olympic records in 100m and 200m sprints, and similar events dominated by negroes? Why do Russians dominate chess....name a negro chess player. How come all the Mexicans in my employ work harder than negroes? What about IQ statistics that show that chinks have the highest average IQ of all the races? Etc.

An African American woman or a woman of any race can be just a good of wife as a white woman, which is my point
