Introducing the Other New Mrs. Wierdsbe

    Gentlemen,
I have taken God's example from Scripture to heart:

Genesis 29:15-30 (AV1611 King James Bible)

15And Laban said unto Jacob, Because thou art my brother, shouldest thou therefore serve me for nought? tell me, what shall thy wages be?
16And Laban had two daughters: the name of the elder was Leah, and the name of the younger was Rachel.
17Leah was tender eyed; but Rachel was beautiful and well favoured.
18And Jacob loved Rachel; and said, I will serve thee seven years for Rachel thy younger daughter.
19And Laban said, It is better that I give her to thee, than that I should give her to another man: abide with me.
20And Jacob served seven years for Rachel; and they seemed unto him but a few days, for the love he had to her.
21And Jacob said unto Laban, Give me my wife, for my days are fulfilled, that I may go in unto her.
22And Laban gathered together all the men of the place, and made a feast.
23And it came to pass in the evening, that he took Leah his daughter, and brought her to him; and he went in unto her.
24And Laban gave unto his daughter Leah Zilpah his maid for an handmaid.
25And it came to pass, that in the morning, behold, it was Leah: and he said to Laban, What is this thou hast done unto me? did not I serve with thee for Rachel? wherefore then hast thou beguiled me?
26And Laban said, It must not be so done in our country, to give the younger before the firstborn.
27Fulfil her week, and we will give thee this also for the service which thou shalt serve with me yet seven other years.
28And Jacob did so, and fulfilled her week: and he gave him Rachel his daughter to wife also.
29And Laban gave to Rachel his daughter Bilhah his handmaid to be her maid. 30And he went in also unto Rachel, and he loved also Rachel more than Leah, and served with him yet seven other years.
Fortunately, I did not have to labor seven years in either case, but let me introduce the other light of my life, Mary Claire Wierdsbe. She is Mary Therese' younger sister and has turned to Christ from the Papist influence of her Irish heritage. She never gave herself over to the debauchery of her sister, and so I believe her when she says she came to me a virgin.

She delights in all things in the kitchen. You can't see from these photos, but she is barefoot! You can imagine how interesting our prayer meetings get, and she is radiant when she is on her knees.

    In Christ,Warren

The Lord has truly blessed you Dr. W!

There aren't any other sisters left in that family, are there? I'm still looking for a new help meet.

Brother, had there been more sisters like these, I'd have claimed the whole tribe! You know Solomon had 700 wives and 300 "cucumber vines" as we say in church.

      1 Kings 11 (AV1611 King James Bible)

1But king Solomon loved many strange women, together with the daughter of Pharaoh, women of the Moabites, Ammonites, Edomites, Zidonians, and Hittites:
2Of the nations concerning which the LORD said unto the children of Israel, Ye shall not go in to them, neither shall they come in unto you: for surely they will turn away your heart after their gods: Solomon clave unto these in love. 3And he had seven hundred wives, princesses, and three hundred concubines: and his wives turned away his heart.

Now I'm not saying I want that many women. And the fact that he loved "strange" women, meaning not Israelite women, but pagans and idolaters caused his heart to stray from God. All those strange sexual practices of the heathen made him start thinking with another part of his anatomy. Perhaps there were ropes or chains involved, or leather. Perhaps there were more than one wife at a time with him. Odds are good that other insertions might have been made.

Any of these things might be lawful for a man with True Christian(TM) wives, but not for a man married to pagans.

I digress. No, these are the only two dear sisters and they are mine, and I am theirs. Now please excuse me. I definitely need a nap. I've been quite tired during the days lately.

      In Christ
      Warren

A fine looking woman, Brother Wierdsbe. Very attractive, nice hair and pretty eyes.

On top of that, modestly dressed.

Which brings me to this: By this time I'm sure you've had lengthy, intense one-on-one counselling sessions with her. As a result of these sessions have you made sure the lady doesn't have any blemishes?

        For example:

Since you've taken her into your household I'm sure you're satisfied she is free of such tramp stamps flaws.

          Tannor,
Of course only whores and the demon-possessed would paint their bodies, especially in a permanent sense. I am thrilled to say that neither sister-wife has any artificial markings on them whatsoever.
