1 Corinthians 2:15 But he that is spiritual judgeth all things, yet he himself is judged of no man.

A great deal of the OT is taken up with defining acceptable and unacceptable behaviour, and the penalties we - not God, but us, the community - should enforce on those who break the law (e.g., those who work on Sundays are to be executed, those who rape virgins are to be fined and forced to marry, and so on.) Are you suggesting we should just ignore Biblical law?
