I have to agree with you Ixi. I don't see why a woman can't hit her husband if he hits her. My mom hit my Father before, though it didn't go down very well and I ended up hitting him for hitting her and that went down even worse. Still though, a woman should be allowed to defend herself. Personally I have never hit any of my girlfriends and will never hit any in the future.

Missy, that is is a contradiction in terms -- "typical christians" want nothing to do with the Bible! They are too wishy-washy to accept it for what it is: the LITERAL Words of God Himself. "Typical christians" would have you believe that "believe whatever makes you happy and you'll get to heaven" hogwash, when nothing could be further from the Truth. Only those who believe every word in the Bible will be Heaven, and that is what makes us True (atypical) Christians.

It is perfectly obvious that the LORD so loved this child that He sent the whinging little sissy a test of faith, as an opportunity to prove how much he (the Pelzer fag, not God) trusted in Him (God, not the Pelzer fag.) And he failed, miserably. What is so difficult to understand about that?

Maybe the fact that his mother beat the living piss out of him, broke his arm, locked him in a room with ammonia and chloride, and starved him for ten days. Not to mention stabbed him in the stomach with a knife, nearly killing him. The Isrealites were escaping abuse. I bet he would've lived 40 years in a desert to escape his sadistic mother. And I doubt that story was non-fictional. And if it was. It was probably exhaggerated to great extent.

He did call on the lord. And the lord screwed him over. He prayed to god for years, asking to be saved from his mother. It wasn't until he was 10 or so, when he started despising god.
