What evidence can you provide for that? God is very particular about what people believe.
When one group decided to burn some incense but not in the manner commanded by God what did God do? They believed something different from what God commanded so He incinerated the lot of them. And their furniture.
Who burns incense might seem a trivial matter where everyone is worshipping the same God. But were they really doing that? God requires obedience. People who disobey are not worshipping Him and insofar as they worship at all can only be regarded as following a false "god" they'd made up for themselves. If your position has any merit whatsoever you will be able to post evidence for it as I have done. Perhaps I am mistaken about what God has said about other religions and the consequence of following them is not after all even more severe than for the simple incense protocol breach I have posted.
If so, I would like to learn where I've gone wrong and if you can support your claim that would be very helpful.
