The Smurfs hate Catholics
Hello, 
it is with great sadness that I've realized only now what caused the costant persecution towards the Catholic Church. We were able to stop the continuation of The Golden Compass in early 2000s, but another menace passed unnoticed. I'm talking about The Smurfs.
This is their most recent apparition, but they've existed from a long time. They are a blue humanoid society that lives in mushrooms and are all male (therefore sodomites). The only exception is the female Smurf, who may be actually a Feminist, since she has no child and is not married. And who their enemy is supposed to be?
Gargamel! If you look closely you'll recognize that he looks like a Catholic Dominican Friar. He may be the reason why people now see the average member of the Catholic Clergy as evil. But there is more, i found that it is actually based on a real story that happened in the past:
