Hi! I'm 18 years old from Europe, Croatia and I accidentally found this thread and after reading it everything I found out here was really ridiculous...

This is my side of the story, and it is a FACT.

I play counter-strike almost 10 years and I NEVER (and I mean never) did anything in reality that had been caused by the game. Game and reality are 2 different worlds. The fact is that I play this game almost as long as it exists and I started in period when I really could have done some other things (I was about 10 when I started). This game is more tactic than just a shooter...However i cant deny that killing is not part of it. But as I said before it doesnt affect any ones reality if the one who plays is a normal and mind-stable. People who did commit such crimes did this because of their problems, not because of the game.

On the other hand this game (counter-strike) shoud be banned for younger than 16, thats true, but not because it causes agression or murders (it doesnt, I am the FACT) but because bad language is used by many people and such language is not suitable for someone under 16.

I think that counter-strike could cause agression same as this "smileys" used on this forum, but just if its wrong "processed" in brains of psychologically unstable people that should be in state hospital communities, not in our neibourhoods.

Hi, I am a guest here, and I am not some kind of "evil dark satanic force..." or something like that. I am a normal 25 year old student who also used to play that game Counter-Strike wich you call super-violent bla bla bla... You don't know shit.
