I think you folks are blowing this completely out of proportion. I've played the origional and the sequel thoroughly enjoyed the single player campaign and online competitive and non competitive multiplayer matches.

it has a brilliant story, well and truly epic! a deep and meaningful storyline compared to most games and even movies, it has characters with deep backgrounds and complicated histories.

ive played just under 200 matches against roughly 400 players and not a single one has tried to "suduce" or "groom" me (and neither have I on anyone else). If someone tries to harass you then you have the option of being able to block communication from that person and you have the option to report that person to blizzard for their inappropriate behaviour.

now what the hell are you on about sexual deviancy? and beastiality? the game features NO SEXUAL CONTENT OR NUDITY, unless your willing to consider a peck on the cheek sexual? There are NOT any homo-erotic scenes nor is it implied ANYWHERE in the game, no gay or lesbian content. you've merely picked up on it from association with a gay forum (browse there often i take it?).

In regards to the post about the ghost suit, it is hardly a whore suit. its supposed to be showing that these types of units are sleek/skillful and agile (no need for more ammo or bigger firepower) emphasising stealth over direct confrontation.

now about the kid raging over losing a game. you've merely picked up on an issue of a sore loser, you get them with every game and every sport. the issue with learning the persons name and address are simple. are you trying to tell us that it is only gamers who will display this kind of rage/bad behaviour? because that is a load of bull. bad sportsmanship is bad sportsmanship and you get the same with football/soccer even chess players can be bad losers.

you've demonised it and associated all gaming with sociopaths and paedophiles and it's a shame because you well and truly are missing out on something magnificent.

I'm just going to go ahead and say what you're saying isn't helping your case, Proleva.
The way I see it,(and feel free to set me straight) is that video games aren't inherently evil. CONTENT can be evil, but the content in StarCraft 2 is not as Cranky Old Man sees it, God bless him.
Firstly, The RealID system was a fiasco for Blizzard, and they quickly ended the mandatory program. don't believe me? Google it. The original purpose of the program was for friends to connect, albeit the system was awful.
Secondly, the link that Cranky Old Man provided was talking about queers who were excited about the game. gay sex was never brought up in the thread on that forum.
Third, no evidence of either of the claims.
Fourth, where is the evidence for this? If you're referring to the picture of the "femnazi lesbian whore", what actions support that claim?
and Fifth and finally, from what i've seen of the game, there's no magic or witchcraft in the game, and vampires is debatable as well.

Finally, let me just say that I've never played the game in question, even though I've seen it played.
