I have been registered with battle.net since it's release and they only ask for your information for payment purposes. Personally I have spent a lot of money there and have never had a problem. They don't ask for an up to date photograph, stop making bullshit lies. And it's not for the whole world to see, since it's payment information it's by law confidential. If they release it then go and sue them for evasion of privacy!
