I have to admit, I'm a bit confused by your statement, dear. From where did you get the idea the LORD loves each and every one of us? Are you of the impression the Old Testament somehow doesn't count? That God was just kidding when He dictated it? That He wasn't serious? Why do you think He put such emphasis on obedience? Consider what He says in Deuteronomy:
Know therefore that the LORD thy God, he is God, the faithful God, which keepeth covenant and mercy with them that love him and keep his commandments to a thousand generations
Deuteronomy 7:9
Deuteronomy 7:9
You and I may rejoice in that wonderful promise. A thousand generations is no small amount of time! But there is a condition here about which we cannot bargain: "God...keepeth covenant...WITH THEM THAT LOVE HIM AND KEEP HIS COMMANDMENTS."
Do you see dear? There is a requirement necessary in order to experience this love and mercy - love Him and keep His commandments.
Not "everyone," dear.
Let's look at what Jesus says:
He that hath my commandments, and keepeth them, he it is that loveth me: and he that loveth me shall be loved of my Father, and I will love him, and will manifest myself to him.
John 14:21
John 14:21
Do you see? "HE THAT HATH MY COMMANDMENTS, AND KEEPETH THEM... AND I WILL LOVE HIM."
Not "everyone," dear.
Those who love Him first, and keep His commandments.
All of the commandments, dear (James 2:10).

Try reading the Bible, dear. All of it. Slowly. Carefully. With an open heart.
