YAY For Minecraft

Yeah, i play Minecraft. No, im NOT a christian. But i respect that you guys are. Minecraft is a fun simple game, not a game with "Sex Slaves" Its a fun pass time in which other people enjoy. Yes the game is an Indie game and yes has now made millions because: Its Fun! And some of you people hate on other people for enjoying something which other people enjoying doing and playing. I wouldnt hate or post a awful post on how religion is wrong, because how would i know and i wouldnt judge like that. Minecraft is JUST a game, Making links to the devil or god is stupid, Minecraft is blocky as it's an Indie game made by one man. It does not mock god, thats just stupid the think that. And linking it to the devil is not true and if you like it or not i will play Minecraft till my hearts content.

Minecraft teaches children that you can create your own tools by combining ingredients instead of the American way of ordering online or going to Walmart. It teaches children they can farm their own food instead of teaching them the American way of going to McDonald's. It teaches them to waste huge amounts of time on making their own buildings instead of the American way of buying a house with borrowed money! It teaches children to be creative instead of watching commercials on television! All this clearly damages and ultimately destroys the American economy! It can be no coincidence that this game was created while Obama is in office!

Hopefully I do not get banned for pointing out a problem with this post, but a lot of people within this forum get banned for having different opinions, so we shall see.

Many of the regulars in the forum tend to mention how they wished it was more like the old days of being able to beat your wives legally, and using your daughters to be raped to accommodate guests. (As I have read from some of the other threads).
The issue with this is that in this thread you speak of Walmart, McDonalds and television commercials as if they are ways of life to be preserved. I do not understand your use of the term "the American way" in this sense?

Back in the "old days" Walmart, McDonals and commercials did not exist. So why are they being used as an example of the "American way"? That term is far too broad to be used correctly when speaking of modern American life.

Another issue is that in most of the threads the media is attacked for being corruptive and evil. Then why is it being used in positive terms to back up the idea of a game being evil?

On a side note I would like to point out that the capitalist views within this forum in no way anger me, however, I do feel angry that I have seen around the forum undeniably false statements about socialists. I am NOT socialist, but I do hate incorrect information being posted, especially when it involves negative statements.

(As this may be my one and only post if I do, for no justified reason, get banned, I would like to state that I do not expect a half decent response on my socialism point, as I know of the typical American fear of such an ideology.)
