I am shocked by this forum purely because of the inability for people to be able to discuss without being attacked.

Existence itself will go on, humanity will not.

How can you say to me grow up before I speak up? I originally made perfectly clear, mature and understandable questions when discussing the topic of the thread. I was merely pointing out issues with the post and asking questions I had about the points raised.

I don't persecute you because that is not the way I am. I do not believe that you will get what you deserve because I do not believe in a higher power, but that does not mean I am going to just insult you for the sake of it. This is a serious website for serious discussion. Although some may wrongfully act to entice others into unholy rage, it is generally looked down upon.

Minecraft captures several key factors of the independent (indie) counter-culture. It's minimalistic, non-linear, and open. However, it's style, although entertaining to observe and to engage in, is in direct conflict with the morals of Christianity.

They say it promotes creativity, but what do these users create? Nothing more than autistic renditions of their own twisted inner fantasies. I cannot tell you how many grotesque and indecent sculptures I have witnessed in this game. They hide behind the wall of online anonymity and project hatred and perversion en masse. The developer who created it even chose the most new-age computer language to code the game: Java (C++ would have been a more American choice, but then again, the guy's British.)
