Ladies and gentlemen, the definition of irony is lost on this man. Either that, or he really thought he was being loving and tolerant there. There is no homosexuality in team fortress 2.
The biggest guy does say "I love this doctor."
Simply because the doctor heals him and he is thankful for this healing.
He also says "get behind me doctor!"
Because he cares for his friend "the doctor" and wants no harm to come to him.

The doctor heals the biggest guy while the big guy protects his doctor.
A symbiotic relationship with no true homosexuality.
There is no gayness or homosexuality present in team fortress 2 and there never will be.

I would like to correct all of you. I own Team Fortress 2, a great first person shooter, if you look at every single voice line, god is not included. The Soldier saying This is my world, you are not welcome in my world is referring to the fact that that is his personality, self centered and moronic, and that line is only said when another player is killed 5 times by the soldier. The Heavy says I love this doctor referring to he is the best doctor he has ever seen, and get behind me Doctor refers to the fact that the medic must prevent himself from dying by healing the heavy and hiding behind him. There is no homosexuality, the Soldier and the African American, called the Demoman or Tavish Degroot grew up best friends, loved sports, and were mercenaries for the Administrator. Play the game for yourself, you will understand.
