What I can take from the story's are, everyone loves everyone, and if you cant deal with that, than shut the frick up and don't make other people feel like there not important. You wouldn't want your kids to be made fun of in school for being a Christian, and being made fun of makes people do terrible things, like commit suicide! You wouldn't want your kids to kill themselves would you? and committing suicide is a sin so, yeah! Really? Did Cain kill his brother Abel because he loved him? Did Joseph's brothers sell him into slavery because they loved him? Did King David's son, Amnon, rape his half-sister, Tamar, because he loved her? Actually, according to 2 Samuel 13:1, that is precisely why Amnon raped Tamar. It was only after he raped her that he went from loving her to hating her. See 2 Samuel 13:15 to learn about that fascinating about face.

That's a pretty significant accusation there. The idea that I can make anyone do anything suggests that I have some serious influence. I'm just a nerdy little bibliophile who has actually read the most impactful book in human history. Unlike me, God can make people do all sorts of things as demonstrated in Numbers 31:17. Now therefore kill every male among the little ones, and kill every woman that hath known man by lying with him. The chapter continues with God instructing His followers to keep the virginal young women alive because they can be used for sex.

But listen to silly me-- going on and on about the all those stories in the Bible that you "believe in" but don't "believe" and presumably know in exhaustive detail. Instead, I should be hearkening to your words, and making sure that I don't encourage people to do "terrible things".

In addition to looking to you for moral guidance based on your expert knowledge of the Bible, I can also use you as a grammar resource when pondering the correct usage of "your" over "you're"; the proper plural of the noun, "story"; "there" versus "their"; and finally, is it "to" or "too"?


By the way, kudos on the your choice of the subjunctive of the verb "to be" in the third sentence of your little diatribe.

Actually I don't. This game has nothing wrong with it other than a violent theme, that shouldn't necessarily be played by anyone under 16. Otherwise its just a comical wacky game. I noticed there is also a thread for the game Overwatch. I don't understand how that game of all games could be considered bad. I honestly believe some people here need help.
