At this point this is actually kinda enjoying having an actual discussion so don't let me stop you from continuing.

Of course doing an actual conversation that focuses on the issues and not the people saying them is enjoyable. I am actually trying to help you make a valid case, as we True Christians™ enjoy the challenge. You need to consider what your purpose is. If you're simply trying to argue and oppose, you're doing a good job, and people reading this thread who agree with you already are probably thinking that you're making good points.

But if you wish to persuade your opposition to adopt your point of view, you need to try out the things I mentioned.

• Actual evidence.
• Supporting plain opinions with references.
• Avoiding fallacies to understand that the validity of an issue is independent of its presenter. Even if Billy Graham had discovered the theory of evolution instead of Darwin, that theory would still have to be assessed based on evidence, not by Mr. Graham's character. Even if the Pope told us to read the Bible, it could still be useful advice.

Incidentally, there's nothing wrong with a fat rump.

Also video games aren't old wives tales or fables, the definition of a fable is a short story, typically with animals as characters, conveying a moral, and the definition of an old wives tale is a superstition or traditional belief that is regarded as unscientific or incorrect. I see no correlation when the definition to a video game is a game played by electronically manipulating images produced by a computer program on a television screen or other display screen. I for one do not see video games as short stories or superstitions (also why did you trademark True Knowledge™

In fact, to claim that is also a fallacy of tu quoque. But you're learning.

The trademark means that our elders have certified that our Brethren tell only the Truth™ when they discuss the Bible. In that context, our CV is still better than yours but I am very glad that you acknowledged your mistake about Noah and Jonah. Yes, this is the tu quoque. Perhaps you can understand that I really had difficulties deciphering one of your posts and that I actually do think that it is good to inhale and exhale first and then concentrate and write.

Do not confuse refuting your claims and strategies as something targeted at your person. That leads to one of the fallacies we discussed, the ad hominem. It is our duty to use straightforward language when spreading the Good News of Jesus!
