Also you mentioned Hell, well Hell was made for lucifer and his followers. God does not want to condemn His children to Hell, that is why he gave us a choice, because by the Law that was given to Moses we would all be condemned to Hell.

As God the Father, Divine Author of the Holy Bible, He commands us to judge, and to do so righteously (John 7:24). We do so, in love of course, so that we know whom to put away from among ourselves, just like Jesus wants us to!
