This 4th of July, We Need to See Some Patriotic Homers.

Homers in general are just not a patriotic group. Some are hoping to change that by dressing up in stars and strips and marching in 4th of July parades.

While I condemn homerism, I have to admit a little patriotism among them would be most welcome:

I'm a little confused and my husband is out of town on business (1 Corinthians 14:35 "And if they will learn any thing, let them ask their husbands at home: for it is a shame for women to speak in the church."), since I only have a feeble minded female brain. Wouldn't the homers be mocking the valiant sacrifice of good Christian, True Christian men have made by wearing patriotic colors?

Well, seeing as America isn't inherently Christian and patriotism is not a Christian virtue by any stretch of the imagination it's just a non issue if homosexuals choose to wear patriotic clothing. Indeed, were I to live in America there would be certain things which I would refuse to do on the grounds of my religious convictions including swearing allegiance to the flag (which, I understand, is done quite often in schools).

Because you probably want a Biblical quotation to support what I said; John 18:36 and Daniel 2:44. This good enough?

Did you wear the patriotic outfit on the 4th that I pictured in the first post of this thread? It seems like you are justifying homer patriotic outfits, especially tight shorts.

Can you provide any biblical support for your position on the accuracy of my statements or point out specifically how they're unsupportable?

If not I will be forced to conclude that it is you who make false statements and unsupportable claims.

Also I believe the verses I used were apt. If you believe otherwise perhaps you can also give a breakdown of their context to justify why you think this if that isn't too much trouble.
