God bless the Henagar Drive-In Theatre in Alabama!

A movie theater in the Godly southern state of Alabama is currently under fire by the the liberal fake news media

Alabama theater cancels ‘Beauty and the Beast’ screenings due to gay character

The Henagar Drive-In Theatre of Henagar, Alabama, made the announcement Thursday via its Facebook page.

“We will not compromise on what the Bible teaches. We will continue to show family oriented films so you can feel free to come watch wholesome movies without worrying about sex, nudity, homosexuality and foul language,” the theater management, which assumed ownership of the facility in December, said in a statement.

“If I can’t sit through a movie with God or Jesus sitting by me then we have no business showing it,” said the theater in the same statement.

The theater’s decision and the press coverage attending it has resulted in numerous posts on the theater’s Facebook page both for and against the decision, many of them left in the “reviews” section.
“It’s not that you can’t watch a film with Jesus beside you if there’s homosexuality in it, it’s that your homophobia makes Jesus not WANT to sit beside you,” wrote Christina Emergy of Swansea, Illinois, who gave the establishment one star in her review.
The full, proud statement by the Henagar Drive-In Theater about the brave decision to not screen this latest gay porn travetsy from Disney:

As of December 16th the Henagar Drive-In is under new ownership. Movies scheduled prior to that date and four weeks after this date were not scheduled by the new owners. That being said...It is with great sorrow that I have to tell our customers that we will not be showing Beauty and the Beast at the Henagar Drive-In when it comes out. When companies continually force their views on us we need to take a stand. We all make choices and I am making mine. For those that do not know Beauty and the Beast is "premiering" their first homosexual character. The producer also says at the end of the movie "there will be a surprise for same-sex couples". If we can not take our 11 year old grand daughter and 8 year old grandson to see a movie we have no business watching it. If I can't sit through a movie with God or Jesus sitting by me then we have no business showing it. I know there will be some that do not agree with this decision. That's fine. We are first and foremost Christians. We will not compromise on what the Bible teaches. We will continue to show family oriented films so you can feel free to come watch wholesome movies without worrying about sex, nudity, homosexuality and foul language. Thank you for your support!
I am also pleased to announce that no movie theatre in Freehold will screen this movie, it wouldn't be allowed under the Freehold Disney ban in the first place, but even if Disney wasn't behind it, no movie theatre in this Godly city would ever screen a movie with a gay character in it.

I am currently making up plans to protest screenings of this movie in downtown Des Moines

    My dear Brother Bjorn:

I shouted HALLELUJAH! when I read your post. In fact, the neighbors were banging on my wall after about 20 minutes. Heathens. My spirit bore witness with the theater owner's spirit about that matter. I once invited Jesus to watch Cinderella with me at the Regal Cinema on Broadway and had faith that He would appear once the lights went out to avoid publicity, but He didn't show. Later on He spoke to me in a vision and said that Cinderella makes young women feel too important and should be banned and I had to agree.

I praise God that there are still people in Alabama who care about more than just football. I am hopeful we can send a mission to the theaters still planning to show this godless film so that we can minister to the masses about the evils of gayness. Anyone up for it?
    Proverbs 21:31 KJV 1611:
“The horse is prepared against the day of battell: but safetie is of the Lord.”

Lord, may I serve my equine brothers and sisters just as I do my fellow man.
    Amen and Amen

Just what you'd expect from Disney - adding homerism to bestiality in the French author Jeanne-Marie Leprince de Beaumont's original "fairy tale".
      Hell's foundations quiver at the shout of praise;
brothers, lift your voices, loud your anthems raise.

What you people do not realise about Beauty and the Beast is that it's actually about loving somebody despite what they might look like.

In case you haven't noticed, the people of this church are very aware of the arts and are quite capable of interpreting a story. We are blessed by the Holy Spirit to discern God's Word. A silly movie is no match for us. What YOU don't realize is that this film exploits and glorifies something God Himself speaks against in the Holy Bible. Have you never read the book of Leviticus? I suppose you would have the filthy 1980's movie "Making Love" to be shown at a children's morning cartoon festival at the local Bijou across America? Perhaps a double feature of the best of Jenna Jameson and John Holmes at the elementary school social?

As for me and my house, we will serve the LORD. As for your statement about outward appearance - well, that's silly, too. If God hadn't wanted some women to be single they would all be pretty. Instead he sprinkled some real dogfaces in with the hotties so that men would know who to marry and who to be babysitters and cleaning ladies. Praise His Name.

          I Come Quickly!

Some people are saying that the story promotes something called "Stockholm Syndrome". I thought it took place in France.

So you're saying I should "love someone" who looks like this:

Oh. Oh, yes. Do love her. Love her madly.

In all of her hot-blooded, Italian, desmodromic beauty.

Be warned, tho: she'll not tolerate abuse or neglect. Treat her with respect, and it will be a ride you'll never forget. Take her for granted, and she may well kill you on a whim. But no one lives forever, eh?

                Cute dog, too.
