You don't know how med studies are don't you ? Firstly you do learn every part of the body, then after you can go speciality to learn the surgeries and other moves that needs practise.
You don't need to be an expert in one bodypart to be able to know the least discoveries and scientifical truth discovered throught your fellow studies.
Actually I've never heard of "gay bowel syndrom" or something similar. Yet colorectal cancer comes second after prostate cancer number wise.

Which makes me doubt you are who you claim to be, because your medical credentials are seriously lacking if you've not heard of the second most common sodomite back-side disease after GRID.
