I know enough about basic Science to tell you that you cannot get AIDS from a tree. But I'm guessing Science is against your rules?

Not at all. It is your knowledge of it that is dim. GOD put AIDS on plants that he didn't want monkeys to eat. The ones that did, died. Africans found the dead monkeys, had sex with them, then ate them. So Africans got AIDS. The Pope sent some Jesuits to Africa and they got it by raping small African boys. Then the priests went all over the world and started spreading it to other homers. Some of THEM sold their blood to get the money for more heroin, so it got into the bloodbanks.

It's GOD's plan, and it's obvious if you follow science.

Well, the Pastor is right about God's plan for AIDS. You would do well to have a bit more insight, common sense, and imagination when dealing with these complex problems. If you go around hugging trees you will no doubt become a liebral homer and will surely catch the AIDS.

Trees are for cutting down and doing useful things with them. It makes me sick to see those LIEbral Californicatians keeping companies from logging and then to see all those trees go to waste in their forest fires. Think of the paper that could be made from all those trees and the number of Bibles (KJV1611) that could have been printed. The world has not been saved yet and time is running short.

i am not a christian, and i dont think i ever will be, however i would like to share my views on homosexuality.
i am not one, however many of my friends are and i am proud of them.

they are open minded, accepting people, more accepting than anyone else i know.

however the poeple that are posting these threads arent either of these, and i thought that your god taught you to accept people whatever their creed, or colour. whether rich or poor, black or white, why is gay or straight left out of this equation? gay's and lesbians have accepted themselves, and if they believe in god then they must know that god's accepted them too, however the sons and daughters of your god havent', so why dont you begin to become more accepting? its not a matter of forgiveness because they have done nothing wrong.

gay and lesbian love was once known as the purest type of love, because they werent doing it for sex, they were doing it for the attraction between two people, whereas straight people could just be doing it for sex and for making children. homosexuality cant create these things, which implies these poeple must love each other for their personality, for who they are, for who you believe god made them. if you believe that everyone is a child of god, then you must believe that they are too, that they are your brothers and sisters and that they love you as you should love them. just because they arent the same sexuality as you doesnt mean they are horrible or corrupted. people can murder and still be forgiven by your god, however these people who have done nothing wrong but love purely can't be in your eyes, don't you think thats wrong?

if you truly believe in your god then you will trust him, and if you believe that everyone is a child of him then you must also believe that these homosexuals are his too. if you really believe in your god you wont question his decision to allow gays and lesbians in this world, you must accept it, like you accept his forgiveness when you hurt another. you may not understand it at this moment or as to why hes allowed it but you dont need to, because if you really trust him then you will know that he will explain it to you one day, and that you will understand. all you have to do is accept, if you cant accept everyone then you cant call yourself a christian or a true believer in god. you can't have accepted yourself because there is a bit of god in everyone, and god has accepted them, so why can't you?

I have my worries about those trees. If you carved a chair out of its wood, could you get AIDS from sitting in it?

If you used its wood to make a fire, could you catch AIDS from the smoke? How about any food you cooked with the fire? Could you catch AIDS from that?
