Oh, the sodomites can already have the ceremony. They can go to the "Metropolitan Community Church" or any Unitarian "Church", or many other God-mocking false Christian houses of devil-worship for the ceremony.

They want the legal rights that God and the United States reserved for normal, heterosexual couples!

They want automatic inheritance of their "partner's" estate! Currently, the Godly family of the deceased can successfully challenge a will, even if they had disowned their sodomite son decades before.

They want to be automatically allowed to visit their "partner" in the hospital! Under current law, the estranged Godly family of the dying one can visit, even in intensive care, but the Sodomite "partner" isn't allowed, because he's not a relative, as a spouse would be!

They want health insurance benefits! Today, a "sodomite roommate" can't be covered under the working partner's health insurance. Even if the company allows "domestic partnership benefits", they have to jump through many legal hoops -- prove that they live together, that they've combined finances, etc. -- that normal married couples don't have to bother with. After all that, they still have to pay income tax on the "partner" share of the benefit, while normal married couples don't!

They want to be able to file taxes jointly, reducing the amount they pay in income taxes! This privilege is reserved for normal married couples, not perverts!

You are OH so right, Rev. Rodimer, but I think you're just wasting your time trying to present a flawless logical argument against sodomites stealing rights away from normal people--- they won't listen, and they don't have the great capacity for logical, Biblical thought that you and I have. You can explain to them slowly and logically that homersexurals stealing away the same rights as normal people DIMINISHES the rights of normal people, because they're no longer as exclusive! It's just like when the Negroes were allowed to vote, it diminished the value of normal people's votes. Same thing for women. I even heard recently that now cripples are allowed to vote!
