    Both straight and LGBT, men and women can bleed during sex. Of course, this can transfer blood-borne infections.
    Also, what is unnatural about homosexual sex? Frogs do it, turtles do it, apes do it, dolphins and whales do it...

                                Please help me to understand. You are speaking of a person who is going from one sex and its corresponding set of genitala and is seeking surgery to change into the other set?

                                Foe a moment I thought you were referring to a Transgendered individual-- someone whose equipment is an odd mix of indoor and outdoor plumbing.

                                I knew of such a person once. On a campus filled with dykes, dykeswannabes and dykes in training, she was the only one who wore sweaters with pretty lace collars and skirts and had five o'clock shadow. I never asked her about any specifics about the nature of her plumbing (Was it copper or cvc pipes? I never knew.)

                                She actually bared her skirt, so to speak, in print. She explained that she had good Christian parents who condemned her, and a Native American grandmother who believed that she had been "blessed" with the powerful spirits of both sexes. Honestly, God gave that heathen grandmother a perfectly good saved adult child and in-law and a misformed grandchild and she couldn't read the signs right in front of her?
