Wrong. For example, I am white. I can make a choice to be brown by exposing myself too long to the sun or sleeping in tanning booths. It's not a choice I would make, but I could if I choose. But no matter how brown I bake my skin, I would still have been born white and the brown would always be a choice I made that I could turn back from by staying out of the sun and away from tanning booths.
