Pastor....Dont say FAGS are difficult. Im gay and want help. Im complaining of the fact that you want me to cut it off or hurt myself in some way. It is said that all sins are treated the same. A Sin is a Sin. So lets say you lie alot, do you cut your tonge off. No. you get help. Lets say for whatever sin that you do, which you do sin, do you harm the body part, or cut off the body part that of which caused or helped in the matter of that sin. I want to know. BECAUSE ALL SINS are the same. Jesus sees sin as one and the same. Murder is the same as stealing in the eyes of the lord. So tell me , what have you CUT of recently. Could it be your tonge for the horrible words you call people, when profanity is against the bible, is it your brain for thinking that Paying Jesus or a church money is a way to end or help a sin. Because I pay my dues to my church , might not be alot, but I do pay 20 percent of my check. So just answer me one question. Actually a few. What other cure is there besides hurting or cutting my body parts off to helping me with this problem. If there isnt one, then just say it. Oh and I have a challenge for you pastor, please in the entire responce, dont use a profanity word or call me a word like Fag. You can call me Matthew. Just try it, I bet you cant!

Actually I am not homosexual (as i've said many times to you idiots), I have never had any sexual urges towards men or anything else that might classify me as being gay.

But seriously if you are gay, you are gay, you can't change it unless you kill yourself, but isn't that classed as murder? "God" doesn't like that either.

Oh yeah pastor the scripture is in Lev 19:28 . Im not sure of the excat phrase but it says that it is not allowed to Cut into Ones Flesh or something of that nature. If I were to cut it off, wouldnt that mean that I was cutting into my flesh!

Why do you look at the speck of sawdust in your brother's eye and pay no attention to the plank in your own eye? How can you say to your brother, Let me take the speck out of your eye when all the time there is a plank in your own eye? Ye shall not make any cuttings in your flesh for the dead, nor print any marks upon you: I am the LORD.

"For the dead" is the key phrase there. Making cuttings in your flesh for the purpose of saving your soul is fine and dandy.

Well I must say thank you on one note, for actually giving me a true answer, that I actually did not completely read through, About praying and Reading the Bible and he would come into my heart. I thank you for that.

On the other hand, I want to know, you said that is the key phrase in the verse. Now Im just asking, just asking so please dont get upset. I want to know if you belive it is right, to take a few words out of phrase and say that is the key part. Isnt every single word in the bible important. Its kidda my belief that Highlighting a section in the bible because its more important than the other, I dislike how people do that. Anyways, I belive that the main part of the verse is not to cut ones self. Then you turn and say that for setting demons free or what not , that it is. Why is it ok to disagree with what the bible says. I belive cutting or harming yourself is wrong, so what is your complete belief. I would like your words, not scripture.
