This shirt presents a clever little loophole on first glance- seemingly forcing one to choose between gay bashing and being pro life however it stands on the assumption that being gay is determined before birth. Being gay is an unholy choice that ones makes hence their whole "argument" falls apart. Fortunatly through the lord even the gayest of gays can be redeemed .

(Newser) – A former lesbian turned evangelical homophobe has apparently disappeared with her daughter after she was ordered to give up the girl to her former female partner. Lisa Miller gave birth to daughter Isabella through artificial insemination 7 years ago after she and former lover Janet Jenkins were joined in a civil union in Vermont. They later broke up and Miller renounced homosexuality.

The judge in the Vermont case ordered a custody switch after Miller, who moved to Virginia, repeatedly refused to grant Jenkins access to the girl.

Miller's attorney argued that uprooting Isabella would be difficult for the the child. The lawyer also noted that Jenkins has shown a "disdain" for Miller's Christian beliefs—including the conviction that homosexuality is a sin—and that Isabella shares her birth mother's beliefs.

@ronimaca- So, you're saying just because of her political and/or religious convictions she is insane? Trod lightly my friend, you should not just judge her by her beliefs. Pay attention to the law. First off, as previously stated, there was no contribution from Jenkins for Miller's daughter aside from perhaps money to pay the bill, which does not grant her parental rights. Even if she did, Miller still has a right to pursue a restraint on those rights, though that may be hard to achieve with a lack of legal motives. In addition, Civil Unions are not the same as Marriages. Also keep in mind that they are trying to take Isabella away from Miller, we're not just talking visitation and divided custody. Plus, does anyone care what Isabella wanted? It seems from the reading that staying with Miller was in her best interests, setting politics aside.
