Not that I'm an expert in Californian law or anything but isn't the judicial branch of government supposed to decide on how to enforce legislation? It's up to the voters, as to whether or not a law gets passed.

the NOM loch Monster Maggie Gallagher tried to get the ruling for all San Francisco and beyond about overuling proposition 8 thrown out because it turned out the judge Judge Walker was and is gay to this day, but in San Francisco court yesterday new Judge said No You Cannot Do That Motion Denied. This is important part

I do know that's how the Constitution and the DoI set up the federal government, and most state-level governments are based on that same model. Judges just don't have the Constitutional authority to pass or veto laws.
