The Bible, Natural Law, biology and common sense clearly indicate it’s not OK. If couples are doing it, I think they should stop, and if a priest is saying it’s OK as foreplay between married couples, I think he should stop. If there are any “moral manuals” advocating this in seminaries, they should be discarded.
