Well, not that it's any of your concern, but we do like to do the Swedish thing . . . perhaps you've seen it in a film?

First, you get all hot and steamy in the sauna, then run outside, drop your towel, and plunge into the cold swimming pool, shrieking as the icy water shocks your system.

Then, you dash back inside, giggling all the way, and warm up again in the sauna.

It's much more effective than a cold shower, and really gets your heart rate up!
