The word it was translated from, arsenokoit, doesn't mean homosexual. The best you could argue ... and it's quite the stretch ... is that it refers in some cases to pederasts. But it's sure as heck not a blanket statement against gay people.

Never did I think I would live to see a President of the United States come out and say he supports same-sex marriage.

I have been praying that JESUS will be patient with the USA until we can elect a True Christian president, but now I am fearful that the LORD's wrath will be contained no longer!

Obama made the announcement right in the middle of tornado season. If I was a man of lesser faith, I'd be stocking my basement with canned goods and water.

This new expression of support for queers from the leader of the free world is going to put a lot of strain on our Christian marriages.

Really, Obama's support of gay marriage will put a strain on ''straight" marriages around the "free" world? That seems like a rather substantial exaggeration don't you think? I fail to see how decisions made in America regarding same-sex marriage could negatively influence the rest of the world.........

From what I have read, you put emphasis on mind and body, yet not the spirit (though what people would class as spirit may differ from my own), as in how the person sees their inner self (and for me it's also the part that transends physical for and moves on).

I can't help but feel sorry for our own Brother Bessemer.

Even with his surgery, the temptation for him to lapse back into his old lifestyle will be overwhelming.

We need to keep an eye on him and if he starts exhibiting any signs at all of homosexuality or democratic thinking, call the pastors immediately!
