    Prisoners and Retards Can Be Used for Vaccine Tests

    Scientists are calling for volunteers to be given mild cases of the virus to see if they die. It they recover other tests are needed to see have resistance.

    What a waste. Think of the time needed to find these volunteers. A huge amount of paper work will be needed so the volunteers or their survivors will not sue.

    Right in front of the scientists is a large population available and no permission is needed. Mental hospitals have people who don't understand. Jails and prisons have people who owe a debt to society. Just infect them and get on with it.

    I do like the idea of using a high risk drug test on some worthless criminal. For every drug tested, take a day off of the life with no chance of parole sentence. If there are side effects, the individual must suck it up and no 'special care' provided as that would skew the results. If it causes explosive bowels, that inmate gets a bottom bunk.

    However, retards are often too dense to know when they are sick. How can anyone tell why the drool or band their heads against the walls? I understand they can do simple tasks like moping up nuclear spills.Everyone has a place in society.

    I think all illegal drugs should be laced with 'new cures'. If the cure does not work out, the death can be counted as just another drug related death and no one will bat an eye.

      Not just a good idea, it actually works. This was in filthy Guatemala (a shit-hole) but the precedent stands.

      The syphilis experiments in Guatemala were United States-led human experiments conducted in Guatemala from 1946 to 1948. The experiments were led by physician John Charles Cutler who also participated in the late stages of the Tuskegee syphilis experiment.

      Doctors infected soldiers, prostitutes, prisoners and mental patients with syphilis and other sexually transmitted diseases, without the informed consent of the subjects. The experiment resulted in at least 83 deaths.[1] Serology studies continued through 1953 involving the same vulnerable populations in addition to children from state-run schools, an orphanage, and rural towns
      As a medical man, I can tell you I dream of doing experiments like this on US soil but the do-nothing Federal Government continues to give away our competitive advantage to places like Guatemala. Your welcome Guatemala.

          Part of the problem in this country is that we have a lot of "normal" parents who are oddly protective of their defective offspring. They continually lobby for these children to receive education and healthcare and other resources.

          Really, it is bad enough that they gave birth to children who have so little to offer our economy society, but they insist that we direct valued tax dollars towards the care of sub-par children that they created!

            Special education is a boondoggle. What's the point of teaching your typical SPED math? I say we use electroshock therapy to teach them how not to drool all over the rest of us and how not to make their retard faces in public. I just don't want to be exposed to that. And it frightens normal children. Do you think Jesus wants these special people running around scaring children? No!

              My friend, Mayor Timmy Mahoney, in Fargo, ND, called to ask what he could do to stop the hiring of his citizens for experiments with a new Coronavirus vaccine. I told him to tell the drug company to call the ND State Penitentiary in Bismarck. Why waste perfectly good citizens when expendable ones are available?
