    Re: Introducing myself

Oh no, I quoted the wrong bible verse earlier! I shall correct myself.
Mark 12:31 - And the second [is] like, [namely] this, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself. There is none other commandment greater than these.
Matthew 19:19 - Honour thy father and [thy] mother: and, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself.
Those are two examples. We should love each other, and not fight.

We're disgusting because we actually believe and follow the Holy Word of God?

What kind of Christian doesn't believe or follow the Holy Word of God? Why do you distrust Jesus?

Are you trying to persuade us? The only way to do that is through Scripture, not by insulting our Brethren.

Until that, I trust Jesus more. I trust His own words documented in the Bible.

    GLORY!!

    Matthew 13:41-42
The Son of man shall send forth his angels, and they shall gather out of his kingdom all things that offend, and them which do iniquity; And shall cast them into a furnace of fire: there shall be wailing and gnashing of teeth.

That is what Jesus has promised to do to His enemies, to vile sinners, to unbelievers. This is glorious! Praise Jesus!

    Yours in Christ,

    Elmer

Guys, we shouldn't fight. Regardless of whether InChristAlone is a lesbian or not, as Mark said in 12:31:
"Mark 12:31 New International Version (NIV)

‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’[a] There is no commandment greater than these.”
We must love InChristAlone, whether that person is a lesbian or not, should it truly matter? We must love her anyway, and then God can make the final choice.

Don't let that monstrosity scare you away, friend. I have a feeling it will slink back to its My Chemical Romance death-porn forum soon and won't bother us any more.

See, this is a common misconception: that True Christians(tm) are homophobic...on the contrary! I have absolutely NO fear of sodomites. Not even a tiny bit!

Nope, I am just following the word of God to the letter, and I make no excuses about it.

Now, if you feel that you can support your perversity with Scripture, by all means do so...as a matter of fact we here at Landover insist on it.

I see you're quite unfamiliar with Jesus' own Words about peace in the world and His role in such an endeavor. You might consider familiarizing yourself with the One True God, the one in whom you supposedly love and obey.

Think not that I am come to send peace on earth: I came not to send peace, but a sword.
For I am come to set a man at variance against his father, and the daughter against her mother,
and the daughter in law against her mother in law.
And a man's foes shall be they of his own household.
    Matthew 10:34-36

    I hope that helps.

Hi. The rule here is: if you state that the Bible says something, you cite the Scripture from the KJV where it says what you say it says, or you shut up. K? Thanks!

    CRC? Christian Reformed Church?

Your soul is in great peril. CRC practises infant baptism and - this is worse:

All congregations in the Christian Reformed Church in North America may allow women to serve in the office of minister, elder, deacon, or commissioned pastor. The CRC recognizes that there are two different perspectives and convictions on this issue, both of which honor the Scriptures as the infallible Word of God...
    And...

Synod 2003 declared that a married couple's decision whether or not to use birth control is a private, disputable matter.
The FIRST CHAPTER of the real Bible condemns this:

    Genesis 1:28
And God blessed them, and God said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moveth upon the earth.

Praise Jesus for guiding you to this part of the Interwebs! Now there is HOPE for you. Leave the heathen CRC and let Jesus in!

    Glory to God!

    Yours in Christ,

    Elmer

    Hi John,

Just a heads up: Some people here frown upon female pastors like your pastor Janeen at the CRC. She does seem like a nice person
