Fine, a little more about me. One of my favorite verses is
Matthew 10:34 - Think not that I am come to send peace on earth: I came not to send peace, but a sword.

This is interesting. Let's see, what God has to say about 'nothing but waste':

Acts 20:7
And upon the first day of the week, when the disciples came together to break bread, Paul preached unto them, ready to depart on the morrow; and continued his speech until midnight.

It seems Paul got things done by talking, as well. In addition, not all action is profitable:

1 Timothy 4:8
For bodily exercise profiteth little: but godliness is profitable unto all things, having promise of the life that now is, and of that which is to come.

...whereas the Word of God is always useful!

2 Timothy 3:16
All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness:

I wouldn't be as strict as you, as I follow God's word. This is a discussion board. May I ask what are your aims here without words, talk, writing, speech?
