    Bible study for sunday school

The holy bible told us in 1samuel 10 how Saul was anointed by prophet samuel, and in verses 3, Samuel told Saul to accept gifts from three men that will meet him on the way. In chapter 16, of 1samuel, specifically in verses 20 Jesse, David father sent his son to the service of king Saul with the same gift prophet Samuel told Saul the three men where carrying. Questions is what is the significance of those gifts, and why will God in His wisdom allowed Jesse to repeat these same gifts to king Saul?
(Hebrews 6:1) Therefore let us leave the elementary doctrine of Christ and go on to maturity, not laying again a foundation of repentance from dead works and of faith toward God.

Hello, my name is Mary. I hope to fellowship with you! That is, unless you don't listen to church authority (Deuteronomy 17:12); are a witch (Exodus 22:17); are a homosexual (Leviticus 20:13; Romans 1:24-32); or fortuneteller (Leviticus 20:27) or a snotty kid who hits their dad (Exodus 21:15); or curses their parents (Proverbs 20:20; Leviticus 20:9); an adulterer (Leviticus 20:10); a non-Christian (Exodus 22:19; Deuteronomy 13:7-12; Deuteronomy 17:2-5;Romans 1:24-32); an atheist (2 Chronicles 15:12-13); or false prophet (Zechariah 13:3); from the town of one who worships another, false god (Deuteronomy 13:13-19); were a non-virgin bride (Deuteronomy 22:20-21); or blasphemer (Leviticus 24:10-16), as God calls for your execution and will no doubt send you to Hell, and I have no interest developing a friendship with the Spiritually Walking Dead.

Re: Bible study for sunday school

While I am reading this thread, I recall my childhood memories regarding the Sunday school. In my view, The children who are attending the Sunday school for Bible study is really a good habit which guides our life in the right way.

Well that's nice, but this is the introduction forum, dear. This is the place where you let us know with whom we have the pleasure of conversing. Please start a new thread of your own telling us what church you go to and what your favorite Bible verse is and how you came to find Jesus.

You know what burns my britches? People that think they can simply waltz in to Church and not properly introduce themselves to the Pastor. Sit down, enjoy the music, use of the Bible, perhaps stay after the services and eat the lunch. Then leave. That is right, just walk out. Not thinking for one moment all the scrificing that went on to provide the Church, music, food and most importantly, meager funding to support the Pastor.
Anytime I walk in to a Church, I do the right thing. I find the pastor. I give him certified copies of my 1040's for the last ten years. I then provide him with my Routing and ABA number for automatic withdraws as needed to support the Christian way.
Isaiah 45:7 I form the light, and create darkness: I make peace, and create evil: I the LORD do all these things.
Amos 3:6 Shall a trumpet be blown in the city, and the people not be afraid? shall there be evil in a city, and the LORD hath not done it?
Numbers 21:6 And the LORD sent fiery serpents among the people, and they bit the people; and much people of Israel died.
Matthew 10:34 Think not that I am come to send peace on earth: I came not to send peace, but a sword.
Matthew 10:35 For I am come to set a man at variance against his father, and the daughter against her mother, and the daughter in law against her mother in law.
Matthew 10:36 And a man's foes shall be they of his own household.
