My name is Amelia and I am currently still in search for a true Christian Baptist church since I just moved to another city for college.

My favourite biblical verse is Jeremiah 29:11 “For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the LORD, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope.”

I have always felt close to religion but recently one of my friends confessed homosexual feelings towards me, and I am hoping for answers as what is the right thing to do (since she is my friend after all) and hope to be able to get her off her sinful paths with the help of Christ.

First thing is to get a proper Bible - a King James Bible.

If there is no hope for her, dump her, she's no friend. If you think she can be saved, there are 2 options - stay beside her 24 hrs a day so you can be there to stop her sinning, or get her treated by corrective rape.

I am terribly sorry for the mistake I made, I shall try to get the proper bible as soon as I can! Thank you for pointing out.

The last part is exactly where my problem lies, I do not know if I can save her. At this point I am unsure of how high valued friendship is for Him and cannot tell very well if hope for my friend is lost.

I hope you didn't follow your 'friend' to college in order to keep an eye on her. Colleges are like the spiderwebs of lesbosexuality. If she has already dragged you into that lair of secular debauchery you might as well call hell now and tell them to reserve you a room.

You seem polite but you have been led astray. It is excellent that Jesus advised you to come here. Without us there would be very little if any hope for you! You're "trying to please your parents"?! What is this! You should please the Lord (and your husband). If your parents are hindering your chances for salvation, you should disregard them.

Luke 14:26
If any man come to me, and hate not his father, and mother, and wife, and children, and brethren, and sisters, yea, and his own life also, he cannot be my disciple.

Your "loved ones" will most likely end up in Hell but you don't have to. Listen to the words of Jesus. He will tell you what to do. As for your "friend".... You should show her the path to Salvation through Fear, Acceptance, Obedience, Following Commandments, etc. If she accepts Jesus AND thereafter follows His commandments...

John 8:11
She said, No man, Lord. And Jesus said unto her, Neither do I condemn thee: go, and sin no more.

...it is possible that Jesus will forgive her and give her a husband...

1 Timothy 2:15
Notwithstanding she shall be saved in childbearing, if they continue in faith and charity and holiness with sobriety.

...but the Order of Jesus is crystal clear over here. She is to sin no more! If she fails, there is only one way for her to go...

John 3:18
He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.

I am glad for Jesus to have led me to here since I am aware that caring about the sinful people around me has gotten me closer to the path to Hell.

I do hope that with help of a correct church and the people of Landover I can be forgiven by the Lord.

Every one of us has to be in contact with people which have not let JESUS enter. For example I have many times eaten their food.

And of course we care of these sinners, JESUS the LORD has done so, and it is our duty to do so. BUT JESUS HATES SINNERS!!! JESUS wants them to become Christians. That is the way, how we are caring about the sinful people.

I am not Chinese, but yes I am a slant considering my mother's father was from Vietnam. The reason I have an American name is because my father is a white American.
