It was the name i was given. My mother gave birth to me on a tour boat and died in child birth. She did not have any identification on her. I was named by an armenian man who was also on the tour. He died when i was 5 so i never was able to ask him why he named me this. I do not thin k you can steal a name and even if you could there can be two people with the same name.

I must compliment your parents for a very good choice for a surname. Spp. Abbreviation for the plural of 'species' = Multiple species. In fact, this has ramifications in Creationism.
