A humble introduction by a fellow believer

It is with great pleasure that I introduce myself to this grand and faithful community. My name is Joachim Reibholz. Born in Kirchberg in Austria, I have always looked upon my homeland with utmost contempt, as it is dominated by a disgraceful mélange of Catholicism and atheism. I cannot decide what is more deserving of disgust, a „faith“ perverted by the acceptance of the erroneous theories of evolution and heliocentricism, or the absolute absence of the heavenly touch of my Lord Jesus Christ, the King of Kings.

My favourite bible verse is Leviticus 20.6:
„And the soul that turns after mediums, and after wizards, to play the harlot after them, I will even set my face against that soul, and will cut him off from among his people.“

I consider followers of the historical philosophia naturalis and its even more twisted descendant, scientia, to be the wizards and mediums mentioned within this verse, for truth can only be found in faith and not in the foolish pursuit of „knowledge“.

    Euer Bruder im Glauben,
    Yours faithfully,

    Joachim Reibholz

Re: A humble introduction by a fellow believer

    Hello Joachim!

Good grief, it is not often that we get a proper introduction, so I want to thank you for that.

I did edit your post slightly, changing "Leviticus 20,6" to "Leviticus 20:6" so that when people hover their cursor over it, the actual Bible verse will be displayed.

Don't worry about your language inadequacies: not everyone can be a native American speaker. Besides, check out what Paul had to say about being less than fluent:

1 Corinthians 14:19 Yet in the church I had rather speak five words with my understanding, that by my voice I might teach others also, than ten thousand words in an unknown tongue.

    Yours in Christ,

    Z. Smyth

I am most thankful for Your reply. It is of importance to me that introductions are made correctly.

Thank You for the help regarding the proper embedment of verses. It would have been shameful to disrespect the works of Stephen Langton and Robertus Stephanus by not using their chapter and verse arrangement to full effect.

God willing, I will be able to communicate in proper American shortly.

      Ihr Bruder im Glauben,
      Joachim Reibholz.

Willkommen, Joachim. There are many of your tribe here in Texas. Many are Christians, but there are many Lutherans as well. You are welcome here, as we are friendly. We would be thrilled to hear of your march with Jesus. We are aware that there are but few Christians in godless Europe. What is your congregation? Who is your Pastor? How were you saved?

        God Bless!

Welcome to our friendly forum! I'm hopeful that you've genuinely decided to rise above the place of your birth and seek after higher pursuits! How exciting, to grow up in a god-forsaken country like Australia must be like a True Christian(tm) of old in the arena facing the lions! How ever did you keep yourself safe from the roving masses of dirty heathens on their long walkaboutanythingtoavoidgettingajob?
Hello, my name is Mary. I hope to fellowship with you! That is, unless you don't listen to church authority (Deuteronomy 17:12); are a witch (Exodus 22:17); are a homosexual (Leviticus 20:13; Romans 1:24-32); or fortuneteller (Leviticus 20:27) or a snotty kid who hits their dad (Exodus 21:15); or curses their parents (Proverbs 20:20; Leviticus 20:9); an adulterer (Leviticus 20:10); a non-Christian (Exodus 22:19; Deuteronomy 13:7-12; Deuteronomy 17:2-5;Romans 1:24-32); an atheist (2 Chronicles 15:12-13); or false prophet (Zechariah 13:3); from the town of one who worships another, false god (Deuteronomy 13:13-19); were a non-virgin bride (Deuteronomy 22:20-21); or blasphemer (Leviticus 24:10-16), as God calls for your execution and will no doubt send you to Hell, and I have no interest developing a friendship with the Spiritually Walking Dead.

Greetings Joachim. What has happened to your nose? I am also a foreigner. Are you a student? Most of the white people here are old and no longer students but many of the foreigners are students. I am a student and a foreigner from Jamaica but I am not a foreigner in Jamaica. I am not a white man because I am a Black man. I am learning to be a journalist here in Babylon so that I can return with the other Black people to Africa which is our home.

Welcome to God's favorite forum, Herr Reibholz. What kind of sauerkraut do your like? And how many wieners do you consume in a day? I've often wondered that about your people....

How many sons has your wife given you? What denomination are you? Do you discipline your wife on a regular basis, as God commands? Please share the details with us.

                  Danke schön Bruder Moss!

I belong to a small group of True Believers that is lead by Pfarrer (in Austria and southern Germany, Pfarrer is used instead of Pastor) Heinrich Schluckspecht based in Kirchberg am Kirchberg. I saw the Light of God at a very young age, and could be confirmed at the age of fourteen.

                  Danke schön Schwester Marie!

I keep myself safe with my trusty K98k, that was given to me by my father, and to him by his father. These pesky heathens never stood a chance!

I am of course a student of the bible, as every man, woman and child should be. I am glad to hear that you are willing to return to Africa by your own initiative, as too many of your brothers prefer to sell unholy substances like Marihuana to innocent blond Christian Children instead.

I like a good old fashioned Krautsalat. I do not eat Wieners, because I am not a cannibal. I do eat a lot of Schnitzel though!

My wife has given me 7 sons in the homely safety of my cellar. I discipline her as often as necessary to ensure the safety of her soul, and the continuity of her presence. To be sure, I do so at least two times a week. I use the same whip my father used to discipline my mother. It has little rusty spikes that look a bit like crosses.
