sometimes i come in from the poppy fields and my supper is not ready. my wife is walking around the house talking on a mobile phone and not looking after me properly, what punishment is suitable for such a sin

Now, on to your question. It is imperative that you understand your own part in this unfortunate situation. You have failed Jesus by letting things go too far. Who purchased the cellphone? Who allowed its continued possession? God has ordered us definite roles as men and women and all possible intersexuality and ambiguous genitalia are not His designs but allowed by Him because of the revolting act of the first woman (Genesis 3:6). You must accept your guilt in the proceedings and understand that unless you become a manly person, your chances for Salvation dwindle into oblivion. You become like a female human.

Know ye not that the unrighteous shall not inherit the kingdom of God? Be not deceived: neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor effeminate, nor abusers of themselves with mankind,

You must first discipline yourself (ashes, sackcloth and fasting are always good methods to mortificate your flesh) and this will guide you to discipline the woman also and give you a start on the path to Jesus.

Job 36:10
He openeth also their ear to discipline, and commandeth that they return from iniquity.

I would rather not use a picture of myself or of another person, because humans are fallen, sinful creatures who do not deserve God's love. I would rather use a real creature than a sinful, fallen human. I especially do not wish to use my own face as my avatar, because atheist and mooselimb persecutors of Christians seem to frequent this forum, and I value my safety....
