Hello my fellow Christians. My name is Gace, This is prounounced as Jace, and I am here to purify myself of any and all sins I have commited against god, hoping I may prevent myself from going to hell. I do not have a favorite verse for the entire Bible itself is my favorite, each and every word. I hope you all can forgive me for not being a True Christian. I hope to eventuaally be one.

Re: A Wish to be be saved and find the light of God
Welcome, Gace. We are Christian here and friendly. You have come to the right place if you are here to glorify Jesus and engage with others in praise and fellowship. I would like to advise you that the only path to salvation is through a personal relationship with Jesus. There is no other path and no other method of cleansing you of your sins.God judgeth the righteous, And God is angry with the wicked every day- Psalm 7:11

Re: A Wish to be be saved and find the light of God
When you read your Holy Bible, please do tell us which verses stick out the most for you. I love to hear how God speaks to each of us in different ways, meeting us where we are, or, seemingly meeting us randomly in events that only later might look like a meet-up. Speaking to us in our love language, or maybe in someone else's love language that doesn't make sense to us but we know it's God speaking and so we incline our ear to hear better. Anyway, however He speaks to you will be interesting for us, and we await your Testimony with rapt anticipation! In the meantime, are you married? Do you have any children to give your womb meaning?Hello, my name is Mary. I hope to fellowship with you! That is, unless you don't listen to church authority (Deuteronomy 17:12); are a witch (Exodus 22:17); are a homosexual (Leviticus 20:13; Romans 1:24-32); or fortuneteller (Leviticus 20:27) or a snotty kid who hits their dad (Exodus 21:15); or curses their parents (Proverbs 20:20; Leviticus 20:9); an adulterer (Leviticus 20:10); a non-Christian (Exodus 22:19; Deuteronomy 13:7-12; Deuteronomy 17:2-5;Romans 1:24-32); an atheist (2 Chronicles 15:12-13); or false prophet (Zechariah 13:3); from the town of one who worships another, false god (Deuteronomy 13:13-19); were a non-virgin bride (Deuteronomy 22:20-21); or blasphemer (Leviticus 24:10-16), as God calls for your execution and will no doubt send you to Hell, and I have no interest developing a friendship with the Spiritually Walking Dead.

Originally posted by GaceReverie View PostThank you, I will heed your advice and attempt to get closer to God and Jesus. In fact, once I return home I will once again find my bible and read it front to back.
That is a fine goal. Allow me to further advise you to make sure that Bible is the King James Version, as that is the only true and reliable word of Almighty God. Some of what you have said has suggested a possible Roman Catholic influence. Avoid them like the plague they are, as they will lead you to Hell.God judgeth the righteous, And God is angry with the wicked every day- Psalm 7:11
