Re: Well, look what site I found.

I won't repeat what my brothers and sisters have told you, but I will mention a few important facts.

The ONLY way to learn about God is to read His Book, the King James Bible (1611 version). If you wanted to learn about Kirk Cameron, would you ask Sean Penn? No, you'd go to Kirk Cameron. His book "Still Growing" is an amazing way to know more about this wholesome, handsome child of God. He also has a book with Ray Comfort called "Thanks a Million!", and it is hard to put it down once you've opened it. Well, doesn't it only make sense to read God's story of Himself? The smashing thing is that God also verifies the veracity of His Book, tells you that it can be used for instruction and reproof, and that it is a lamp unto your feet. God doesn't lie of course, so you can believe Him completely.

As others have said, we receive our knowledge about God from God. I think that's pretty simple, don't you?

The next thing I'd like to point out is that as a True Christian(TM), there is no way I can have a "dirty" mind. Jesus washed me white as snow with His Blood when I repented of my Catholicism and idolatry. All I had to do was ask. From that moment I became a changed man.

I don't want you burning in hell thinking that no one cares. We would not have tried to impress upon you the importance of confessing your sins to Jesus and asking Him for forgiveness if we didn't think there was hope. (1 John 1:9) However, if you choose to be outside His Grace, which you are if you have not repented, then the consolation comes from knowing we will wave at you as your flesh eternally boils in the lake of fire, where you will be surrounded by millions if not billions of unwashed and unsaved fools who could have been enjoying a fruitata with Moses and Jacob instead.

I said a prayer for all of you; now the rest is up to you.

    COME LORD JESUS! (Rev 22:12)

Hello, can you please tell us where you are getting your ideas about Jesus from? The only things that I know about Jesus are from the Bible.

Several people here have cited Bible passages for you but you don't seem to be reading them. If you don't want to read the Bible then that is your choice. But you can't speak knowledgeably about Jesus' love or any of His other opinions or actions or even His intentions unless you go to the only existing source of information about Him, which is the Bible.

This isn't meant to be unwelcoming or unkind, but you cannot have it both ways. Either engage with the Bible to know Jesus, or reject the Bible and deal with Jesus as myth or an amalgam of barely reliable historical sources.

Here at Landover Baptist we read the Bible. We confront the Bible's uncompromising positions on many issues including the directive to obey the whole Bible. We hold the position that to accept Jesus is to accept any and all commands contained in the Bible. If someone posted a any scripture here, you need to read it and heed it like the whole point of Jesus' life and sacrificial death is dependent on it. . .Because if you don't, then you never really needed Jesus in the first place.

    Sincerely Yours,
    Handmaiden

Friend, you are seriously misled. Jesus not only hates you for being homosexual, He says you are to be killed. Leviticus 18:22 tells us that homosexuality is a crime against the word of God. "Thou shalt not lie with mankind, as with womankind: it is abomination"-God. Later, in Leviticus 20:13 we see, in part, the following, "...they shall surely be put to death; their blood shall be upon them."-God again.

So you see, the directions are quite clear: homosexuals are to be caught and done away with. We here feel that it is our duty to attempt to help you to avoid that fate. However, your cooperation is required for success. You have to get right with Jesus or it is Hell for sure.

    You're confused, dear.

You doubt He hates you for being queer, despite His saying so ("abomination" is the word used, google it). This means you are accusing the Lord thy God of either being a liar, or incompetent to get across His Message reliably.

Jesus literally wants your service and love, according to His Literal Word (John 14:15 ). If you refuse thee things, He will refuse to love you (John 14:21; 23). If YOU want to turn your back on HIM, He will not force you to love Him, unless you are Paul and then He will strike you blind and helpless and vulnerable and scared and you will do what He says and you will love it.

Don't feel so bad. God hates people for mysterious reasons.

Have you sold your birthright for a bowl of lentils soup? God apparently hates that:

    Genesis.
29And Jacob sod pottage: and Esau came from the field, and he was faint: 30And Esau said to Jacob, Feed me, I pray thee, with that same red pottage; for I am faint: therefore was his name called Edom. 31And Jacob said, Sell me this day thy birthright. 32And Esau said, Behold, I am at the point to die: and what profit shall this birthright do to me? 33And Jacob said, Swear to me this day; and he sware unto him: and he sold his birthright unto Jacob. 34Then Jacob gave Esau bread and pottage of lentiles; and he did eat and drink, and rose up, and went his way: thus Esau despised hisbirthright.

    And then...

Malachi 1:3 And I hated Esau, and laid his mountains and his heritage waste for the dragons of the wilderness

So that could be. I hope that helps.

Everything we say is supported by the Holy Bible. None of what you say is supported by the Holy Bible. Please remember that the Holy Bible is our only source of knowledge about Jesus.

So, let me reiterate one of our Pastors' question:

True. Maybe He's just using your petty life to play a game with Satan, just like He did with Job (Job 1:6-12, 2:3-7). Maybe He hates you because you have a bastard among your ancestors (Deuteronomy 23:2). Maybe your parents or grandparents or great-grandparents did something that pissed God off (Numbers 14:18).

I think he would be dissappointed finding out about you acting as if jesus is a bad person,
He's above bad. He creates both good and evil:

Isaiah 45:7 I form the light, and create darkness: I make peace, and create evil: I the Lord do all these things.

for I know he won't make people just so he can send me off to hell because he felt like it.
That's your opinion. Unfortunately, God disagrees:

    Ezekiel 20:25-26
    25 Wherefore I gave them also statutes that were not good, and judgments whereby they should not live;
26 And I polluted them in their own gifts, in that they caused to pass through the fire all that openeth the womb, that I might make them desolate, to the end that they might know that I am the Lord.

Maybe He hated you since your conception:

    Romans 9:10-15
    10 And not only this; but when Rebecca also had conceived by one, even by our father Isaac;
11 (For the children being not yet born, neither having done any good or evil, that the purpose of God according to election might stand, not of works, but of him that calleth
12 It was said unto her, The elder shall serve the younger.
13 As it is written, Jacob have I loved, but Esau have I hated.
14 What shall we say then? Is there unrighteousness with God? God forbid.
15 For he saith to Moses, I will have mercy on whom I will have mercy, and I will have compassion on whom I will have compassion.

Have you tried prayer to cure your gayness (James 5:14-16)? Of course, God doesn't hear the prayers of sinners, so you might be screwed either way:

John 9:31 Now we know that God heareth not sinners: but if any man be a worshipper of God, and doeth his will, him he heareth.
