Hello everyone!

My name is Aaron, and I am relatively new to Baptist Christianity. My parents had refused religion in their household, and fearing punishment for searching for God in secret, I had to wait until I moved out to practice. When I first began practicing, and I hate to say this, it was with a Catholic church in my area. Their teachings had never quite felt right, so a friend showed me Baptism! There it felt like I belonged, and have been practicing in a truer way ever since.

Unfortunately, I still have a lot to learn on how to be a true Christian, but hopefully I can get the help I need! I go to a Baptist church in Salem, because it is closest to my living area currently. If there are other, better ones, I am open to suggestions.



Currently my favorite Bible verse is Psalms 71:14 "But I will hope continually, and will yet praise thee more and more."

Hello to you as well, and congratulations for escaping papism and the evils of Marion idolatry, voodoo spells, false teaching, etc. with which it is filled. Conservative as the institutional Catholic Church and many Catholics may be, Catholicism is squarely in the Devil's camp. So is Satan's clever trick - evil is mingled with good (or, in many cases, with what poses as good) to fool the credulous, naive, and ill-informed.

You say you joined a Catholic Church after moving out of your parents' house. So you likely were far too old to be appealing prey for a predatory homosexual priest. But if you were raped, I hope you have since rejected sodomy and sought God's forgiveness.

Your message brings me warm feelings because it shows me that the Holy Ghost is still at work in our evil world, leading and tugging at sinful hearts, calling them to repentencation. God is to be glorified for this.

I still take a cautious stance at your penetration into our Godly space. Why? Because scads of others have come here only to mock our Lord Jesus and to accuse us (falsely) of being fake, racist, anti-semitic, homophobic, one-sided, biased, aloof, and enemies to the climate. With few exceptions, these people have pretended to be interested in Jesus or have claimed they know Jesus. Only once their demonic stench is revealed do we quickly and effectively show them how wrong they are through our fruits of the Spirit. Time will tell on which side of that spectrum you will fall.

While I am understanding of your newality to the terminations of the faith, let me point out some critical errors. First, the practice of being a Baptist in general is not "Baptism" but Baptistilizationism. Baptism simply describes the act of immersionalizing into the water whereupon our sins are washed white as snow. From that point through our repentencation and continual study of the Word of God, we grow from Babes in Christ to His Perfect and True Christians™. This is not something that happens overnight! Nay! Please note that your ignorance of those matters is nothing of which to be ashamed. Not everyone is as intelligent and educated as I. Not everyone has the ability to become an equine gnathologist, veterinary quiz passer, or future PhD in Creation Science. Those things are innate to those whose demeanor pleaseth the Lord God on High, and you aren't there yet.

Our faith is supported through the loving presence of the Holy Spirit, about whom you must never speak evil, for it is the unpardonable sin. You have been forgiven of your thievery, homosexual lust, and disregard for life in general that was shown to me when I prayed for you. Every sin is forgivable save blasphemy of the Holy Spirit - so don't do that! Even Pastor Ezekiel himself cannot rescue you from that peccadillo.

PS: You asked about attending a Baptist church and if that would be good enough. Friend, the Baptist church is the ONLY church God approves of, and it is likely that our pastor knows yours and knows the youth of your congregation (as he has ministered to tons of children the world over).

Welcome then, Aaron. Many have taken a circuitous route to Jesus, as you have. It isn't important how you get to Jesus; what is important is that you get there. Please do fill us in on the details of how you found Jesus and what effect He has had on your life. How long did it take you to know that the word of the Roman Pope is contrary to the word of God and that your idol worshipping was sinful? It is such details we thirst to hear.

Roman catholicism is very insidious. It is not and has never been any sort of Christianity. Nothing you did there in any way derives from The Bible. They insinuate their dogma about being the "one true" or the "original" form of Christianity so that in the fullness of time, when you're 100 or something they mean to imply, you have the choice of "returning to" the "mother" Church. These are lies, they know they're lies, they lie deliberately and have no other agenda other than to deceive.

The deception takes many forms. No Christian Church would ever have any idol anywhere. Romish buildings are stuffed with the things. Catholic cities have idols set up everywhere, here for instance is a picture from France:

Organs, as we can see, are inseparable parts of old churches.

They served a more important purpose than today’s modern organs or other musical instruments used in churches. Therefore, they are always interesting to look upon.

There are several organs that have been installed in Notre Dame cathedral.

The first one was made by a distinguished organ maker François-Henri Clicquot and was installed in the 18th century.

In the 19th century, the organ was rebuilt and expanded by another organ maker Aristide Cavaillé-Coll.

In 1992, a two-year restoration for the organ that has 7.800 pipes, 111 stops, five 56-key manuals and a 32 key pedalboard was completed.

Notice how they lull you into culs-de-sac where the number of pipes, the changing function of organs in churches, churches this, churches that are whispered in your ear and all the while those blasphemous idols seem to whisper too.

This is NOT Christianity. This is Roman paganism. The Bible is very clear, perhaps more explicitly so in this than in any other matter, no graven image is even to be made.

The images of Roman paganism go back a long way. In the linked post some more details are available. You need to expunge the idea that any practices of the Romish tradition have any connection with Christianity. All they've done is reduce the number of temple cults down to one so that all the filthy lucre they accumulate can go in one pot instead of many pots. As a result a single cardinal has more power than any high priest of Neptune ever had and popes have lorded it over kings for centuries. The Pastors will be happy to show you more about this hellish cult and help to direct you away from its clutches.

I bid you welcome. It is always good to see another new face. Like so many of us I see that you have taken the backdoor route to Jesus by dabbling with the Sodomites of Satan - the Papists. I hope they did not cause you too much pain in the ministration of their "faith".

Greetings Aronk. These are friendly white people who operate this site for Baptists and others. All the people are allowed to participate here if they are respectful. I myself am a Black man and so I am very well trained in dealing with white people. I am Rastafari but hey have come to tolerate me in much the same way that they get used to a toothache. I suppose I hurt some but they are used to me and do not want to pull me out. They keep trying to fill me with the white Jesus but it is too late because I am Rastafari.

Are you ashamed by your skin tone? It sure sounds like it. The whole thing is you could be cured of this terrible affliction. All you have to do is forsake this drug mainlining, marijuana taking abomination of rastawhateveritis and join our Ex-negro Outreach Program. It is specially tailored for jigs such as yourself and you will come out the other side a changed man. You will still be a nigra but at least some-one will give you a job where you get room, board and feed in lieu of a cash salary.
