    Hello Everyone!

Hello! My name is Stefan and I come from the Republic of Serbia, which is located in the region of Balkans in Europe. I hope I am welcome here, as I was born orthodox. My name is actually one of the most orthodox names out there. I want to stick to being orthodox -- but I also want to see other things, experience the word of God in other ways. I am 100% Serb and Slavic. My favorite verse is Leviticus 25:18 "Follow my decrees and be careful to obey my laws, and you will live safely in the land." As it represents the situation my nation is going through, losing a precious amount of its land called Kosovo, in which the Serbian holy army several times defended the door to Europe and Christianity against the Ottoman Turk islamic invaders, but in 1389 they failed just on Kosovo and the door opened.
Today the islamic nation of Albania has ordered that their people settle the Serbian lands of Kosovo, and islamify it. They have burnt down and destroyed several hundred of year old churches. What I dislike is that the United States supported this act itself by bombing the nation of Serbia until it gives up all of its claims and rights to the land of Kosovo, and today the Christian Serbs there are being harassed and murdered by Islamic terrorists known as Albanians.

I know this is too wrong and I have realized it while writing, but that is an explanation of why I like that verse.

I go to the Church of Saint Sava. Saint Sava is a holy Serbian orthodox character who educated the Serbs and spread gods word, but was later put on a cross and killed by the islamic Ottoman Turks in the middle ages, and his body was burnt and turned into ashes. Today, where this has happened, is located in Belgrade, in one of the most largest orthodox churches on the planet, the Church of Saint Sava.

I would like to stay on this forum and get to know you people, thank you!

    Re: Hello Everyone!

Very sorry to double post, I do know that this is a rule not to do this in forums, but I made a small mistake when saying my favorite verse. I have a favorite verse from the NIV and KJV one. I got them mixed up, here is my favorite verse from KJV: Ezekiel 23:19 . Same reason for why it is my favorite one. Thank you!

Welcome Stefan! But never mind the ethnic struggles of the third world. And I will let the anti-American slurs pass, this time.

From my experience (when I chose to be homosexual), a significant percentage of my fellow mud-packers and scat play enthusiasts were Serbainian. You have my sympathy for the cesspool of sin you find yourself in. I trust you are not queer?

Tell us more about your family and your walk with Jesus! Do you have a plan to legally immigrate to the Godly United States of America? Useful skills to offset the cost of allowing you to cross our border?

Stefan, where do you see yourself in 5 years?

      In Christ
Matthew 19:14 "But Jesus said, Suffer little children, and forbid them not, to come unto me: for of such is the kingdom of heaven."

Thank you for the welcoming, Harold.
I am heterosexual as most Serbs are today. It is only our government which has a homosexual prime minister and most likely a homosexual president (I am talking about the government of Serbia.)
I apologize for the anti-American slurs, but it is something I cannot forget as the bombs dropped were full of depleted uranium that has made cancer levels have a significant rise in Serbia, nevertheless, it was Clinton who approved this. Now with Trump being the president, I like the USA more than ever.
My whole family is orthodox as we are all Serbs, and I grew up with christianity.
About the immigration part, now with Trump being president I was thinking of it. Currently I want to become a programmer or an art designer. I think I could use those skills in several companies in the United States. But, because of the expensive plane ticket, I might consider Germany first, then the U.S. second.

In five years, I could see myself potentially living in Germany with enough money to move to the United States and work for a larger firm and for a higher salary. In the end, I would probably end up moving back to Germany, due to political reasons.

If you have no clue as to where I am still from and you are about above 30 years old, you have most likely heard about the nation of Yugoslavia. It has ended, but my country was a part of it.

          Dear Mr. Slav,

How nice to have here a polite person who shares the genetic background of one of the greatest men in all history, Mr. Vladimir Putin! Praise Jesus! Only second to our President Trump, he has been fighting for Jesus for countless centuries!

          Daniel 11:3
And a mighty king shall stand up, that shall rule with great dominion, and do according to his will.

You must feel very lucky to be fluent in your Serbian dialect of the Russian tongue (The history of your vernacular can be found in Genesis 11:9). And, in addition, your American is extremely good!

Please be informed, however, the the Eastern Orthodox Church does not really represent True Christianity™. Of course, this does not mean that you wouldn't, but that would be despite your denomination, not because of it. You should discard the Apocrypha (Maccabees, Odes, Prayer of Manasseh) and the infant Baptism tradition as it is at best useless and at worst harmful as it gives people the feeling of false security. As you well know, young kids cannot know how to Repent (Acts 2:38) so they always end up in Hell if they die before Spiritual maturity.

So, welcome to learn and be healed from the vestiges of false Christianity. How's your begetting these days?

          Yours in Christ,

          Elmer

Thank you for the warm welcoming, Elmer!
I am actually not Russian, just Serb. Because history tells us that there are 3 groups of Slavs, the Eastern, Western and Southern. The Eastern are generally the Russians, the Western are generally the Poles, Czechs and Slovaks, and the Southern are Serbs, Croats, Slovenes, and so on. I can not understand Russian at all, sadly, but i do respect Vladimir Putin, and I think that he is first above all. And, thank you for complimenting my English! American is more of an accent thing including the letter 'U' removed from several words, but it's fine.

I do realize that there is a difference in Orthodoxy.
I think infant baptism is fine, all of my family members have been involved including myself. If we're going for things to cut out from tradition, I think the first would be circumsizion
We don't do it here, but I think you guys do it over there.. It's kind of creepy and disturbing...

I do understand your points very well and with some of them I agree though, Elmer.

These days I am just begetting quite fine. I found a nice lady to myself.

Excuse me if I have sounded a bit upset or something in this reply now that I am reading it, today I am not in the best of mood and I am almost always like this and I do not like the behaviour.

Hi. Leviticus is a great book. It is important to do God's statutes and to keep His judgements. A number of examples are available in Judges EXCERPT HERE which I find encouraging also.

But what about people who do not do God's statutes or keep His judgements? What would happen in their countries? How would disregarding a commandment, say, affect political stability?

Hello Stefan, and welcome to our forums! I wouldn't worry too much about the bombs and cancer. True Christians™ can find healing when they ask the Lord Jesus to miraculously zap away all their cancer cells and replace them with clean, healthy, regular old cells!

                Glory!
Is any sick among you? let him call for the elders of the church; and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord:
And the prayer of faith shall save the sick, and the Lord shall raise him up; and if he have committed sins, they shall be forgiven him.
Confess your faults one to another, and pray one for another, that ye may be healed. The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much.
