Hi, I'm Quinn Rain, and I'm 14 years of age.

I'm the older sister to one, and I'm planning on helping my mother out with paying the bills as soon as I'm old enough. (As my father left us.)

I've been a Christian since birth, and I honestly don't read the bible as much as I should.

I also dream to become a writer when I get older, as I've already started planning out a book!

Also, as much as I wish to have friends like this in real life, school isn't the best place to discuss things like that, although I'm open to my other friends religions as well.

I'm excited to meet other Christians, and hope to make new friends!

Why is it bad to be left handed? I was born this way, and there's no reason to change that small aspect, but I was wondering.

You seem polite but have you taken into consideration one verse that exemplifies your situation perfectly?

Revelation 21:8
But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone: which is the second death.

Being 14 years old, you must have told an untruth regarding your age when you registered.

Anyone who certifies that they are at least eighteen years of age on the day of registration and has read and agrees to the Terms of Service. Your completed registration constitutes your affirmation that you qualify for membership as stated above.

How are you going to show your Repentance to Jesus to avoid the fate dictated in the verse above? It would also be most illuminating to know who was the male family member that gave you the permission to post on God's Favorite Forum. I am hoping that you can assess these minor issues and continue Praising Jesus here also in the future!

There aren't many male family members in family, let alone in my household. None of them are religious, let alone Christian. I'm not married, my mother isn't, my father is gone, and I don't have grandparents.

I decided to do this myself, as I would like to get closer to the lord, I didn't think I'd need permission.

I'd like to think I was raised the right way, (at least so far) so as that was a oversight on my own part, and I apologize.

Of course you need male permission. I can guarantee you that all the True Christian™ Ladies on this Forum have been permitted to participate by their superiors, those of the sex God designated to rule over the weaker one. Not everyone gets this permission. For instance, my spouse is totally incapable of contributing anything useful on this Forum, so are my half-children

As for suitable acts of Repentance, the Bible is our obvious guide!

Welcome to Landover. This issue has been discussed at length here and all the relevant theology has been hammered out. I feel it would be much better explained to you if you read that thread.

Yes, of course! Whichever male figure in your life is responsible for your moral discipline. If your father scampered off and you have no grandparents, then perhaps your pastor would do.

But, and let's be frank here, at your age, you should be married and starting a family. Unless you're some skinny, little waif, you will have begun your menses and developing breasts by now. These are tell-tale signs that God wants you married, or at least betrothed, so you can start pumping out soldiers for Christ. There's a cultural war on, girl. Get busy and do your part!
